Oklahoma Court Of Criminal Appeals Overturns Death Sentence

The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals overturned the death sentence of a man convicted of beating a 16-year-old to death.

The court overturned the sentence and conviction of Choctaw Nation member Miles Bench because of the recent federal ruling on tribal jurisdiction.

Bench was convicted of beating Braylee Henry to death in 2012.
