It's Thursday and that means it's time for the Good Life List with Mia Fleming. It's the season of giving, and December is National Giving Month!

Mia joined others in a challenge to give back through the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.

Just a $1 donation provides four meals for those in need. The Food Bank is also always looking for volunteers.
