An investigation into the disappearance of two women in Texas County, Oklahoma, in March has resulted in four people being arrested and accused of murder, authorities say.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said Tifany Adams, 54, Tad Cullum, 43, Cole Twombly, 50 and Cora Twombly, 44, were arrested on Saturday.

The OSBI said all four are in the Texas County jail accused of first-degree murder, two counts of kidnapping and one count of conspiracy to commit murder in the first-degree.

On March 30th, the OSBI says the Texas County Sheriff's Office requested assistance from them in the suspicious disappearance of Veronica Butler, 27 and Jilian Kelley, 39.

Their vehicle was located abandoned near Highway 95 and Road L, south of Elkhart, Kansas, in Texas County, according to the OSBI.

Agents determined there was evidence of foul play.

At this time, Butler and Kelley have not been located.
