1. Search continues for missing woman in Okmulgee County

Crews will be back out today to continue searching for 71-year-old Patretia Mathews, last seen Friday in the Bristow area. Mathews has dementia and is considered missing and endangered.

Her car was found near Jones and Webster Roads in Okmulgee County. Deputies urge the public to avoid the search area and call immediately with any information.

An emergency hearing for the order is set for Thursday. Kralicek’s initial arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday.

3. Oklahoma pediatrician in Florida death case back in court

Oklahoma Pediatrician Dr. Neha Gupta, charged in the death of her 4-year-old daughter, has her charges reduced from first-degree murder to aggravated manslaughter, making her eligible for bond.

Prosecutors are asking a judge to keep her in jail until her trial in November. A hearing on that motion is set for this afternoon.

4. Trump to address DC law enforcement deployment, homeless removal

President Donald Trump will hold a news conference this morning to discuss deploying more federal law enforcement officers in Washington, D.C., and plans to move homeless individuals out of the city center.

“The homeless have to move out immediately. We want our capital back,” Trump said on social media.

Mayor Muriel Bowser disputed Trump’s claim that crime is rising, saying:

“We are not experiencing a spike in crime. In fact, we’re watching our crime numbers go down.”

The justice department says violent crime fell to a 30-year low in 2024 and that trend has continued so far this year. President Trump’s news conference is scheduled for 9 a.m.

5. Officer killed in Atlanta CDC shooting

Police say 30-year-old Patrick Joseph White fired more than a dozen shots at the Centers for Disease Control building from across the street before being found dead inside a CVS. Officer David Rose was killed in the response.

“This evening, there is a wife without a husband. There are 3 children, 1 unborn without a father,” said Dekalb County CEO Lorraine Cochran-Johnson.

Investigators believe White held COVID vaccine conspiracy beliefs.

6. Broken Arrow schools launch new bus tracking app

Parents in Broken Arrow can now track their child’s school bus in real time with the new “My Ride K through 12” app. The system shows arrival and departure times at bus stops and schools.

“A parent will panic, they can go to their app, and it shows okay, well, the bus got to the bus stop at this specific time,” said transportation manager Tammie White.

The app is available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
