The case will move forward against a former Tulsa soccer coach accused of sending inappropriate messages to a Jenks girl.

During a hearing Friday, a Tulsa judge denied a motion from Blake Lewis' attorney that the allegations against his client were inappropriate.

Last year, Jenks Police booked Blake Lewis, 29, into jail on multiple complaints of lewd proposal to a minor and soliciting a minor to perform lewd acts. Police said he sent the girl messages via Facebook.

After his arrest, Lewis was fired by the Tulsa Soccer Club.

The judge set the next court appearance for June 1.
