Tulsa County prosecutors have charged a man they say shot at a mall security guard.

Police say Corban Payne shot at the guard after he and two friends were escorted from Woodland Hills Mall in December.

Investigators say one of the bullets hit the security guard’s car. Payne faces multiple charges of shooting with intent to kill.
