Tulsa Police have arrested a suspect after a shooting that killed a man Monday night.  The victim, Darwin Espin was shot and stabbed outside his apartment at 1903 S. Jackson. 

On Tuesday, Homicide Detectives located Epifanio Soto, who was was questioned and arrested.

Soto has been charged with First Degree Murder.
