Tulsa County Deputies arrest a man they say stabbed another person's dog.

William Goddard was arrested on a complaint of animal cruelty this week. Deputies say they found him after he drove away from the scene. Goddard told deputies that he stabbed the dog in self-defense but deputies say witnesses told them the dog was playing with another dog, and posed no threat to Goddard.
