On Tuesday afternoon, the Grand River Dam Authority responded to a call about a woman who went underwater and never came back up.

The woman was swimming in Grand Lake near the Pensacola Dam near Disney, Oklahoma. The GRDA launched a search and rescue mission and recovered the body around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities have not yet released the identity of the woman.
