Tulsa County prosecutors have charged four men in a deadly shooting outside the Rose Event Center in Broken Arrow.

Ziare McDonald and Quinton Watson are charged with murder and shooting with intent to kill.

Tyler Smith and Larry Grumbles are charged with accessory to murder.

Investigators said they fired into a crowd following an argument during a party at the event center, hitting and killing 68-year-old Bob Wedel, who detectives said was a random innocent victim.
