A former Bixby teacher has been charged with attempted sexual exploitation of a child, video voyeurism, obstruction of justice, and having child porn.

Jason Byrd was a math teacher at Bixby High School for 12-years.

Bixby Schools suspended Byrd in August after the district got a report about possible inappropriate conduct. Then in September, the state Board of Education suspended Byrd's license.

Byrd is set to be back in court in May.
