A fix to the Lake Waxhoma dam is now leaking. City officials are working to come up with a solution.

Jerry Roberts with Osage County Emergency Management says he doesn’t believe anyone is in imminent danger at this time. OCEM crews were contacted around 5:30 on Saturday morning and say the Corps of Engineers and the The Oklahoma Rural Water Association is evaluating the leak.

Barnsdall Mayor Johnny Kelley says a boil order is in effect for the city. He says crews will try to patch the holes, but that there are a lot of unknowns.
