A Vian man is dead after he crashed on I-40 near Okemah according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Troopers say Martin Herlacher was driving too fast in the rain when he went off the highway and rolled his Jeep twice, ejecting him from the vehicle.

OHP says Herlacher was not wearing a seat belt. He died Wednesday afternoon.
