The 2021 United Taekwondo Alliance Grand Nationals is happening this weekend in Tulsa.

Students from 13 different states traveled to Titan Sports and Performance Center to compete in a variety of events. Instructors like Rick Arnold of the World Federation of Elite Martial Arts say Taekwon Do is all about character development and discipline.

"What happens is, if we can teach discipline and respect, the technical side the technique is going to come because the character of the kid is so good," said Arnold.
