Tulsa Police Arrest Man Accused Of Killing 65-Year-Old, Stealing His Vehicle
The suspect in a recent Tulsa homicide has been arrested, police say.
Tulsa Police said Joseph Arndt killed 65-year-old Cecil Busby last week at the victim's home near Admiral and Memorial.

Investigators said after the murder, Arndt stole Busby's car and drove away.
Officers said Arndt also had a warrant for robbery at the time of his arrest.
He was taken into custody on Wednesday near 71st and Mingo.
