A Broken Arrow woman is bringing joy to the community one dinosaur at a time.

Leslie Breedlove, known by many as the Dino Lady, joins us on the Arca Continental Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Porch to share more about her passion.

Leslie said she has about 90 working dinosaurs and 10 that are “in the hospital.” All of the dinosaurs are different sizes. Some are inflatable, some are metal.

She said this is something that gives her and others in the community joy. She remembers watching Jurrasic Park in the theaters, but her collection began during the pandemic.

Her front yard displays are seasonal. She has about 40 Christmas dinosaurs and 20 Halloween dinosaurs. She also has dinosaurs for Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick's Day, the 4th of July and Memorial Day.

Her newest addition is a 7-foot tall, 9-foot long, metal Tyrannosaurus rex and a little metal Brontosaurus.

She said she has every intention of adding to her collection in the coming year.
