A 29-year-old Bixby man is in custody accused of second-degree rape on a 15-year-old in Cleveland County.

Norman Police said Brandon Presley met with the girl at a track meet in Norman on Feb. 10th.

The probable cause affidavit said she told police that she left in a vehicle with Presley and he sexually assaulted her.

Authorities say the girl told a relative about the incident on Feb. 15th and that family member called police.
